Silence is one of the ways to find solutions. It avoids by getting more into problem. It helps to reciprocate the inner human. It makes to think to what you really want and where you need to go and also helps to understand where you are lacking. By telling others, you can attempt to give the glimpse of the situation but cannot make them understand what exactly is wrong. I can recall one of the saying which I have heard in my earlier days as Silence is first step for Sadhana. It could be distinct for every individual. But I feel, one needs to be away from everything that is keeping occupied from getting the eternal bliss...
Silence expresses most of the emotions but one need the complete concentration to understand what that really means. Most often I can experience that I am always occupied with problems and so I tend to be quiet, but it gives a different look altogether to the viewers. I can recall some moments of my school days wherein, we were supposed to be Silence for atleast half an hour. I now wonder I have already been trained the ways of happy living, with no knowledge of where it needs to be implemented, but I was unaware about the art of using it.
Many a times, when something really bothers I do prefer to be quiet, away from everything that distracts me from myself. Silence helps to visualize, analyze, question, to get ways out, provides alternatives and final output is the solution for all. The ultimate output would be an energized human with full of enthusiasm.
