I got a mail forwarded my friend, for which another friend has replied as below:

• How are you going? – Certainly not going to tell you
• To discover what? --- My lost happiness

• What do I do when you are not here? - Last thing you can do is “Not to remember me”
• Can I come with you? - Then I stay.. you go…
• When will you be back? - Good question
• What will you bring for me? - If I come back then I would think
• You deliberately made this plan without me, didn't you? -Well guessed it…
• You seem to be making a lot of these programs lately... – Understood the value of being lonely
• Answer me – why? --- Certain things not to be disclosed
• I want to go to my mother’s house. – PLEASE PLEASE do
• I want you to drop me there. --- For the last time right
• I don’t want to come back – ever! -- WOW
• What do you mean, OK? - I am very Happy
• Why aren't you stopping me? -- Do I look like a fool to you..
• I don’t understand what this whole ‘discovery’ thing is about. – Before seeing, I wanted to discover you,, now,, i want to discover the peace.
• You always do things like this. --- Yes,, very much important
• Last time also you did the same thing! – That did not worked out.. so now I want to do it again
• Nowadays you always seem to do this kind of stuff. --- You know it… it feels good to be away from trauma
• I still don’t understand what else is left to be discovered! ---- Apart from you.. everything is there to discover, certainly I do not want to discover you again.

Thoughts flowing in me

• Life is so simple, but the situations makes it so complicated where one would have lost that ability to understand the simplicity
• The difference between the attitude and the arrogance. One should know when to be arrogant and when to throw attitude.
• Change is permanent, everything else is momentary
• Time is lovely waves which pass only once with its imprints left behind
• All are only characters in a play, where one would have a definite role to stage

Gyaan

Today came across a situation, where I found the following needs to be known by a hiring manager before hiring a person:

One should know for which a person is been hired
One should know what needs to get done from the person hired
The one hired should know what he/she knows to do

If these points are crystal clear, most of the work can be offloaded and will fall in place. But if one fails to know this prior, trust me it a mess for a HR, Hiring Manager and the applicant.
